    1. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:

      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2022-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        1. Space: Samvera

        2. Parent page: 2022

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

  • Nurax moving to Samvera community hosting and maintenance (Heather)

    • DCE can no longer host nurax-dev and nurax-pg. Community will be taking them over and Hyrax Maintenance Working Group will be in charge of ongoing maintenance

    • Ideally, we would get Samvera hosted instances running in AWS by the January dev congress.

    • Are institutions using nurax for testing? Do we need to preserve objects as part of this change?

      • Definite value in having nurax for reference and comparison

      • May be valuable to preserve user accounts

      • No need to keep objects intact

    • Might be easier to maintain nurax via kubernetes. This is a possibility as a Phase 2 of this project.
