Issues with closed captions and iOS
Once captions are turned off using any method (native player or web viewer), users need to select the CC option in the native player before selecting the desired caption to get it to display.
If caption selection is changed in the web player, the incorrect subtitle option may show as selected in the native player.
The “CC” option may be nonfunctional
