      1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2023-xx-xx"

      2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.

      3. Popup will open for location. It should contain:

        2. Parent page: 2023

      4. Select copy. New page should be created.

      5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.

  1. Brad asking about list of blockers to Hyrax 5.0 release

    1. Koppie CI tests now pass and run on main! (Along with dassie tests)

    2. Install directions for guiding adopters about how to make a valkyrie based Hyrax app

      1. Jeremy shared a document that Hyku has been working on focused on “double combo” approach (https://github.com/samvera/hyku/wiki/Updating-Hyku-6-with-Hyrax-5-Developer-Notes#indexing-considerations )

  2. Jeremy wants review of “double combo” branch of Hyrax

    2. Main feature is lazy migration of data to Valkyrie

    3. Hyku will definitely be using that code; SoftServ is using it now

    4. Daniel asks if there is any breaking changes in the branch that will require a major version bump

    5. Should it hold up 5.0 release? Daniel would like to see it as a 5.1 release if possible (instead of 6.0)

      1. Jeremy will take a look and see if that is possible.

      2. Maybe include something in release notes so adopters might choose to wait until double combo gets released

  3. Hyrax CircleCI → GithubActions transition

    1. Daniel still working on this using SoftServ’s workflows as the basis

    2. Will probably copy these over to Hyrax and make changes there

  4. Daniel looking into reported issue with Rails 6.1 and Ruby 3.2 incompatibility (kwargs)
