      1. Please sign up, and really try to clear your calendar for those days. Intention is starting at the kickoff and ending with the wrap, to clear that time so everyone can work together in groups on the deliverables.
      2. If someone wants to facilitate a topic, and someone else wants to work on it, or you want to work on it yourself, something will happen.

      2. Rework the template to make sure it is easier to quick scan. There was a previous templateJeremy Friesen will find it and help create a new note template.

      1. Rails 6.1.0.rc1 is out, we need to review a possible impact for the 5.2.x release that we're working from.

        1. Could be an impact on Valkeryie, but Hyrax, Hyku, and Avalon will have the impact.
        2. Will 5.2.x be dropped? What is the policy? Security releases are 5.2.x. 6.1 could roll 5.2 out of that window.

  4. After call, this week's notetaker should create the agenda for the next call:
    1. Open template agenda titled "Samvera Tech Call 2020-xx-xx"

    2. Click on ... in the top right corner, and select copy.
    3. Popup will open for location. It should contain: 
      1. Space: Samvera
      2. Parent page: 2020
    4. Select copy. New page should be created.
    5. Modify the title to remove "copy of", update it with the next date, add moderator, notetaker, and any carry-over agenda info. Click Publish.
